INTCfan, it wasn't an upgrade, it was a post of a Q2 upgrade. While we are on the subject, isn't it interesting how Niles can turn on a dime (http://biz.yahoo.com/c/d/dell.html)? On 8/9, he upgraded it to a accumulate with a target in the upper 40's, on 8/18 (after Dell posted Q2 earnings) he upgraded Dell to a buy saying it would retrace to its 52 week high, about 10/1 he downgraded Dell to an accumulate after changing his estimates by .03/ share for the year and leaving next year unchanged biz.yahoo.com. IMHO, something is rotten in Denmark! :o) Drew
