Aggie: The subject is PSA's. Do you recall our discussion about the Brazil deep water auction last summer. If I recall correctly, you held that the Brazil fields might be developed buy the Majors faster than other deep water fields, especially those in the GOM. I believe the reason you cited was that the Brazilian leases come with a shorter time frame for exploration and development. Here is an example of the PSA's in Nigeria: nigerianoil-gas.com 10 years to drill, 30 years to develop. How do the Brazilian contracts differ from the Nigerian in time frames?
