W, Bux, it's all a matter of priorities. Surely it wouldn't be beyond the wit of software engineers to give some subscribers a little dial they could have on their handset so they could turn up their priority and price they'd be happy to pay so they get FAST service with NO little bitty another 40ms here and 60ms there every time you click the mouse thing [whatever that looks like on the handset].

Sometimes we are slow, lethargic and in no hurry. Sometimes in a rush. Why make busy people stand in a queue if they are happy to pay to get to the front? No need at all. If I'm idling away some time in a busy airport, I'll wait for a few seconds for some more data to download.

WWeb people who have successful businesses are going to have to be more like car makers. Make cars so they don't break down twice a day. The engines run smoothly and don't get power fade just as you go up a hill. Trabants and Ladas just won't sell.

People will shop around.
