Razor, Another great piece of work as always! Thanks for hacking out all the details here. I feel kinda "guilty", just throwing out these nonchalant questions, and you going and spending a coupla hours on the answer! If in fact your analysis is even close to being right then it is mystifying why the market has reacted this way to this news. I may take a flyer on some of this stock tomorrow, but not a lot. I've had the misfortune to have had a fair amount of experience with high-priced attorneys in my life, and I have seen them produce results that were entirely unjustified, illogical, and lacking in what most would think as being equitable treatment of the litigants. As you know I am a gambler, but I'd much rather gamble with Mother Nature (ie, the drill bit or the weather), than put a bet on which high-priced law firm is gonna outdo the other one. Thanks again for your very helpful analysis.
