Older earnings plays and watch lists stocks from September early October are showing up a lot on my screens today. Some are reporting this month others were winners in early October and are coming back now. Very cyclical how they return just now. Possibly one of the better indicators to look at now is relative performance (high 6-5 weeks ago) only to taper off in the last 2-3 weeks and moving back up to those old highs.. The watch word for next week is RETRACEMENT as some of our stocks are looking to retest old highs.. while yet other ones are already charting new high territory with nary a hint of buyers losing interest.. The word OVERBOUGHT might have to be be redefined or qualified to a wider interpretation.
