Thanks CharleyMike.

I don't think I have anything wrong with my gall bladder, but because a co-worker of my wife said she suffered from severe heart burn for about a year and a half prior to the subsequent removal, all of a sudden she is worried I may have something wrong with mine.

So I'll ask, did you also have heart burn problems prior to the removal of your gall bladder and if so, do you suffer from it any longer?

I've been having heart burn off and on for about the last four years. I take a Pepcid AC (an hour before the meal) prior to eating foods which have given me problems in the past, and, 99 times out of a 100, it works.

Thanks for your input,

Mike
