reseller and all...
my attention was turned to IM recently based on a new product it will distribute... but after reading a number of [informative] posts here and doing some basic DD, IM also struck me as a solid value play.

parenthetically, could someone briefly explain how an initial manufacturer/distributor agreement works; does IM purchase for inventory X number of units, assuming the risk of buying and then reselling...paying the manufacturer, and then collecting from the vendors?
please excuse my fundamental ignorance in this area... any and all insight would be most appreciated.
thanks in advance,

by the way, here is the agreement which caused me to take a look at IM:
