Hi Milehigh

you are a nitpicker aren't you? The difference is semantics, what is defined by bearish, bullish, or what is somewhat bullish (10% appreciation?). Investing is an art not an exact science. The points is that srock like QCOm is a runwaway train right now, selling CC on QCOM risks the stock to be called away.

If one is bearish on a stock, SELL IT! CC's will never provide enough insurance for an impending downturn.

there are instances where selling CC on a correction is justified.

As Jill said: there are many roads to Rome, and if you don't care about a certain road it does not mean it is a wrong one.
