Larry, That was a direct quote from Lev Dawson, CEO, at the shareholders meeting in February.

However, note that there were NO 'conditions' attached to the PO coming through Moltech from the unnamed satellite and cellular phone manufacturer.

Lev's prior comments were fundamentally that he could/would not announce any 'conditional' POs, which harkens back to the episode with Motorola in '94.

Since this OEM has accepted the product, and in fact is paying the costs of retooling the line to make cells of a new size, this one is 'in the bag.'

Now, Larry, you should really be thinking about what other 'conditional' POs the company may already be holding, which they are not announcing until those customers commits.
