Jay, the engineering costs are a pass through. The accounting details seem to be nit picking. If everyone stuck with the rule of factual presentation based on intimacy, the thread would dry up; not necessarily because of potential error, but because the poster would then be forced to reveal his source for verification. Nevertheless, your comment reflects the skepticism and diversity necessary to a successful thread.
