Jacada Connects Compatible With IBM's WebSphere Application
Server

Jacada Connects Enables Seamless Integration Between WebSphere and Any Mainframe or
AS/400 Application

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 1999--IBM and Atlanta-based Jacada Ltd. (NASDAQ/NM:JCDA - news), today announced that Jacada®
Connects is compatible for use with IBM's WebSphere as an adapter to provide integration between the WebSphere Application Server and any mainframe
or AS/400 application.

Customers can use WebSphere and Jacada Connects to create new e-business applications that leverage their existing legacy systems without any changes to
the original host application.

Jacada Connects is the latest addition to the Jacada family of e-business solutions. Jacada Connects provides an open Java API that seamlessly integrates with
WebSphere. This API enables interaction with both mainframe and AS/400 applications from a single development and deployment environment. No changes
are required to the original host application, enabling even faster results for new WebSphere applications.

''WebSphere has rapidly become the linchpin of the IBM e-business strategy,'' said Paraic Sweeney, vice president, WebSphere Marketing, IBM. ''A strong
contributing factor is support from our alliances. IBM is pleased that Jacada Connects has been added to the portfolio of products that customers can use to
extend the reach of WebSphere and provides the customer with additional options when deploying WebSphere solutions.''

''Reuse of existing functionality is essential to achieve rapid results from new development efforts,'' said Rob Morris, director of product marketing, Jacada.
''Customers who are implementing new e-business solutions using WebSphere can now use Jacada Connects to leverage the business logic in any mainframe
or AS/400 application.''
