Vienna Shock meeting is still important even if Dr. Scannon says nothing new. Opal may have had something to say about BPI during the meeting either in his presentation or informally. The Chinese team of scientist likewise may have attracted attention.

BTW I wish to thank the 8 people that confirmed willingness to make a formal complaint to the S.E.C. While this is far short of the 25 I was hoping for, I remind myself that it was not necessary to inform me of ones intent and also that on Thursday of last week I posted that there was no reason to complain since the material, (slides) to be used by Scannon were being made available to anyone that wanted them and that nothing new was going to be said.

A common thread among the 8 was that XOMA would no longer say anything to them if it was known that they had complained to the S.E.C. Get over it! As nice as it is to be able to talk to people at XOMA. no one there is telling you anything of confidence. They are helping us to understand what has already been said.
