The question for today is: With most statistics indicating household expenditures at growing in or over the 5% range,
is inflation as low as some say and report?
The productivity report had Hourly Compensation increasing at a 4.7% rate.
Consumer credit for last quarter at 6.5%. Etc. etc.
Remember, consumer prices rose at 4.2 percent in the third quarter.
A trite saying:
You can fool some of the economists all of the time;
All of the economists some of the time;
But you can't fool all the economists all of the time.

Constant revisions do help!

Repealing the law of supply and demand? Hum...
I think not.
