HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15,
1999--iChargeit, Inc. OTC BB:ICHG) announced today that the Company
began taking orders for it's line of Internet Pay Terminals (IPT's) at
Comdex.
The Company is sharing a booth with their wholly owned
subsidiary, Bay Micro Computers (Booth #S2371A). Bay Micro Computers
is showcasing their line of B-Machines, low priced computer systems as
well as several new products including Internet driven video
conferencing cameras and software.
Additionally, on November 12, 1999, iChargeit, Inc. announced
that shareholders at a Special Meeting approved several proposals
including (i) the issuance of iChargeit common stock in the related
merger of iChargeit and Bay Micro Computers; (ii) the election of the
Company's Board of Directors; (iii) iChargeit's 1999 Stock Incentive
Plan; (iv) the reincorporation of iChargeit from Texas to Delaware;
and (v) the appointment of Richard A. Eisner & Co., LLP as independent
auditors.
The meeting was held at the Company's new headquarters in
Torrance, California, representing the combined iChargeit/Bay Micro
facility. The combined companies will have 23 full time employees and
generated in excess of $2 million in the quarter ended September 30,
1999.
