Portable Digital Music Player Features Texas Instruments'
Programmable DSP for Multi-Codec Support Including Lucent's ePAC
e.Digital Corporation (OTCBB:EDIG) announced that the
e.Digital/Lucent/Texas Instruments portable digital music player
design will be featured today through Wednesday, November 17 at
Webnoize 99, an Internet music industry trade show at the Century
Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. The unique design, based on e.Digital's
MicroOS(TM) file management system, will be featured on the show floor
by Texas Instruments (NYSE:TXN) in Booth 73 and Lucent Technologies
(NYSE:LU) in Booth 48.

features Lucent's ePAC(TM) music compression technology and Texas
Instruments' DSP. The design also includes support for virtually all

CompactFlash(TM) cartridges from SanDisk. The design is compatible
with Mac OS or Windows based PC's.
