CTIG Reaches Agreement With Ameritech

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 15, 1999--CTI Group
(Holdings) Inc. (OTC: CTIG) announces today that its USA subsidiary,
CTI Data Solutions Inc. reached agreement with Ameritech Global
Gateway Services, on a contract extension for wholesale billing
services.
Prior to entering into the agreement, CTI had to prove its
back-end Neptune billing and customer care system (BACC) had the
processing power to handle at least three time current volumes to meet
Ameritech's continued growth.
Commenting on the software stress testing of scalability, Tom
Duffy CTI's Billing Services Chief Operating Officer, stated, "It was
important that Ameritech be assured, that as this sector of their
business continued to grow, Neptune would have the ability to grow
with them. Neptune's powerful rating engine combines the speed and
rating flexibility needed in the fast changing wholesale environment
and the ability to handle Ameritech's anticipated growth needs over
the coming year."
