Hot off the PR wire... well, warm, at least. :) newsalert.com ...Mezz - Hurry up and wait. :-) The Company also announced that its auditors are nearing completion of their re-examination of the Company's pre-merger financial statements for 1996, 1997 and 1998. The Company anticipates having its amended Annual Reports on Form 10-K for those years filed on or before November 30, 1999. Completion of these audits will result in a delay in the filing of the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
