MM just raised the bid from 1.25 to 1.3125, perhaps we'll see some buying leading up to the Nov. 30 lock-up? I wonder how short the MMs may be to have suddenly raised the bid by over 30%? Would be nice to see ANYI hold the 37.5% gain from Friday, and possibly add to it before the 30th. IMO it'll be tough to the drop the price beloe $1.25 before the lock-up since many of those still around aren't going to leave before the 30th. We may be in for a bit of a ride over the next two weeks?
Anyone received the paperwork for converting to the lock-up shares yet? I assume we'll get something in the mail soon, otherwise I guess we can contact the transfer agent at www.transferonline.com.
I'd like to think at least a small number of investors will jump in off the sidelines before the end of the month, of course the last one to get in pays the most, and that could be alot if ANYI doesn't get hit by another heavy round of selling.
Once the lock-up is in I don't expect the float to be all that much tighter since the majority of the shares will be locked up by insiders who supposedly haven't sold any shares yet anyway. A small fraction of the public float will get locked up IMO since many of us are not long term investors by nature.
Personally, I'll probably lock-up half of my shares, that way I can take advantage of any major pop over the next year (which I do expect), and then the lock-up shares can become "free." IMO the lock-up shares will be worth alot more or alot less in a year, hard to tell now which way it'll go. Any infusion of new capital will be huge IMO, and could get ANYI back above $10. A total lack of any new capital could kill ANYI all together, but that's a given, and is mostly factored into the current price.
Over the next two weeks I expect (hope) some folks will buy into ANYI to take advantage of the lock-up, and some may buy in for the short term as well.
Today is the day we're supposed to receive our dividend shares? Are we still getting the anyCoffee rights?
BTW - how about BANY saying they'll be at COMDEX, then only taking TopListing.com, and leaving the cases behind. Its like BANY only wants to deal in the sexy internet stuff, and they almost want to pretend they don't even sell cases. Nothing new there. |
