I see something of a contradiction here. I thought our concern has been with a massive fraud and what this may mean in the future when a company gets controlling interest over another. So then a judge rules perhaps poorly on a reorganization plan and I hear "the end". If there really has been such gross fraud, then it is really the beginning and I know what will happen. Formal charges will be filed, evidence will be presented, and someday I will read of bodies swinging and heads rolling. If not, then that means a different fraud has been perpetrated. I hope that what I have read here has not just been efforts by someone to protect his investment in Zenith.

I am an investor, not a gambler. In today's market what an investor loses on any one company is easily made up elsewhere. I am concerned with the truth and someday I will know what it is.
