WELCOME HOME, MICHAEL!!! What a wonderful surprise!!!! You must be so happy-that was faster than you anticipated, wasn't it? Are you all caught up with the happenings of the children? Do you get time off now? What's next?

Most of us are still here, moaning and whining about our losses and using them as an excuse to misbehave. About the changes, well, SI has such an ephemeral, timeless feel, there really aren't any to speak of--a few names come and go. The core remains, except for CGB's having left. There haven't been too many deep and profound discussions since you left. we seem a little anchorless.

Alexa, should we bring over a case of Moet et Chandon from XXXXX for a little Welcome Home celebration?? It's been 24 hours since the last party. Freddy destroyed my sitar, though; I'll have to bring out my tuba.
