Jay, you need to revise the number of shares upward. Currently there are already about 37 million shares, fully-diluted. This is the base.

How many more shares it will take to do the next Warbucks sale, the remainder of the shelf (plus a little more) to get through 2000, and then the "additional investment" needed to get to the $250 million run rate is anybody's guess.
