Hagar, Since you appear to know more about optical (and probably electronic) routers than I do, would you please comment (or any other objective observer) on CSCO's acquisitions of Cerent and Monterey Networks in light of the LU's release of the NX-64000 and LambdaRouter? It appears to me that the 7+ billion acquisitions are in jeopardy of looking like losers as the NX-64000, with its direct OC-192 interface eliminates the need for the optical multiplexer (Cerent) and the O-O LambdaRouter appears to leapfrog the slower O-E-O optical routing technology of Monterey Networks. Not looking to spin the argument either way, but looking for a better understanding of the products and market dynamics. Clay
