If you look at the SEC filing it states that Greentree has revenues of like $23 or $24,000 (yes that's thousand!!) How could this company be worth any money, I don't know. As far as Alan in PR... he is the poorest excuse of a PR person I've ever seen (and I've seen some poor ones).
