I am trying to remember a conversation Philip which I had with a director of another company about PPs. If I remember correctly their is another catagory under which the small time investor is allowed to invest in PPs.It goes something like this,up to the figure of $97,000 there are far less legal requirements but above that figure it you are concidered a sophisticated investor and the legalities become quite expensive. He implied that smaller PPs were actually fairly easy to put in place. This is all conjecture as I do not have any facts just what I was told.
