I think the Federal Reserve will hike the Discount Rate in July by 1/2% and will let untouch the Federal Funds Rate...

The Discount Rate is of less importance because it affects lending of money between the Fed Reserve and the Banks (for amounts above $1 Million). While the Federal Funds is the rate charged between banks and of far more economic implications.

A final call should be made as the CPI and PPI are out next week.
