Has anybody given any attention to the two sections near the beginning of the latest 10KSB: Stock Acquisition Agreement and the Purchase Agreement, both dated 12/18/97. We've got off shore companies in our playground. 23,750,000 shares issued for $60,000 "plus consulting services". Crossland, Ltd. and Eastern Star, Ltd. are in the Bahamas and Coastal Oil, Ltd. and CLB are Belize corporations. These shares are regulation S, unregistered. THIS AIN'T GOOD FOLKS! DuGen ps: And they also have a problem paying the rent totalling over $57k.
