Mohan, RE: A case in point, GTW is front-loading the revenues with Compuserve deals. While it is certainly possible that GTW is violating the law by publishing revenue numbers that are not in compliance with US GAAP, and has AOL as an accomplice, I wouldn't be comfortable making such an accusation in a public forum such as this without some kind of evidence. Can you point me to any evidence that GTW is indeed recognizing revenues far in advance of actually earning them? If not, it would be just as easy to make such an accusation against DELL, which makes your point irrelevant.
