service is a major differentiating factor.

Unfortunately, it is not an easy task. For example,
according to Forrester Research, consumers are
expected to send 50 million e-mails per day
requesting product information. Maybe this is why a
Jupiter Communications survey showed that
one-third of e-commerce sites had no e-mail
addresses listed; or, if there was an e-mail address, it
took five days to respond (if there was a response)...
