So they fought like hell to get an injunction, and they lost it because they couldn't post a bond. In other words, they use all their resources, get a successful court ruling, but they lose it for no good reason. What possible benefit could there be in this? Oh, and MR D, in order to require a tax loss requires a tax gain, so that is what we call a moot question. You don't really think I'm happy about this do you?
