Also look at the bottom of this page. NASDAQ is weeding out all firms that are not fully reporting. They must finally have got around to DREV. Their purpose is to eliminate from their listings possibly fraudulent or incompetent companies which try to hide in financial darkness. Legitimate companies can remain on NASDAQ by starting to issue financial reports. They had something close to a year's warning.
