More questions for the hungry man:

1) Why wouldn't NPTK just file financials and become registered
the plain old fashioned way?
2) Why would they pay over $3 million to purchase a shell
company? (150,000 shares at over $20)

I'll stop there. I know how much you hate questions, and
you obviously hate answering them even more. BTW, the SEC
is wondering about the answers to these questions as well.
