I wish to keep the emailer anonymous. However I am going to answer each question, but please understand, I have answered each one of these questions several times before. This type of repetition keeps me from some of my chores, the most active of which is the pursuit of VC: But here are the questions: Q. What is the float currently?? A. Unofficially (because of Tom's partners') 17,000,000 shares
Q. Is the company doing anything right now to decrease it??? A. Yes - on several fronts.
Q. VC what part of negotiations are we in??? A. We have made some initial contacts - with at least one follow up conceivable this month.
Q Beta testing - from my understanding should be over by now.. A. No, I have said close to twenty times that the banks and all parties involved will determine when the beta testing is over. 30 days was a mere approximation. There could be a Press Release tomorrow or next week or next month. PLEASE BE PATIENT.
Q. Will investors be getting any type of press releases regarding all the above concerns or just on beta testing??? A. As soon as we get the green light, there will be an official press release agreed upon by all concerned. When other events are signed, sealed and delivered, there will be press releases.
Q. Any information will help, because without any issuance of press the stock seems as if it is trading down little by little
A. We never proselytize this stock as a day to day stock. We discourage this actually. We believe we are a sound LONG TERM INVESTMENT. We urge all to do their own dd, to read the THREADS, to visit the websites and then to invest what they can afford. We emphasize the risk with all stocks. We especially emphasize the risk in the bbs. We urge moderation while at the same time clarioning our message that we believe our risk/reward ratio is promising.
