As per the Q3'99 CC, 350K Athlons were manufactured and 200K were shipped.

Thanks for the #'s. So that would be (per analyst meeting):

Quarter - Shipped - Manufactured
Q3 - 200K - 350K
Q4 - 800K - 1M

As I recall, break-even is based (in part) upon 800K Athlon shipped in Q4, so anything over 800K shipped may be profit. It is hard to believe that article could be accurate, since that would be almost 2x the prior guidance on number of Athlon's shipped. 1.4 produced....perhaps??? If true, at the higher ASPs, it would certainly be a blowout.
