Dear Larry & Other Threaders,

If I understand the SEC Form "SC 13G/A," dated January 28, 1997, Travelers now owns 2,455,410 shares of PRLN, more than 22% of the Company. (I got this from the NASDAQ Home Page, the connection to EDGAR.)

1. Is this correct?
2. Doesn't this explain precisely who is the power behind recent activities?
3. Doesn't this indicate increased confidence in the Company -- either as an independent entity, or else as an asset for a major pharmaceutical?
