The shares outstanding are 6 million and the float is 1.2. You make the call yourself to verify. That is what I was told. The phone number is in the pr. They will probably visit the pinks before long because there are 0 SEC filings. The are on the list at otcbb.com

for a body tag "E" come Friday. I will wait this one out until I hear of their SEC filings. When I asked the contact on the PR about a Reverse Split (standard question for a bb), he stated he was unsure.
