This post is for all the EM shareholders out there! Well I talked to the company today and had a very interesting chat! There is a PP coming @ .15 for 6.66mm shares! There will be a one year hold on the PP shares! Therefore this company will only have 22mm shares for the next year!!!This is really great news! We need to get this PP done and quickly! EM do not get any share of the diamonds until the money is payed! So until the cash is payed we only have a letter of intent!!!Cool Ha! EM will also exercise its right to aquire the total of 50% with the moneys raised!!!EM will be in for 50% of the entire land package. That is a total of 215,000 ha. There will be no role back done on this company, but you will see another PP done ~~~@ $2.00... So on the short order they expect to move to great heights is a short time span! There will be more money required to develop the four other sites for mining already picked out!... Yes there is diamonds all over the 215,000 ha!!! Paramount has a Big bag of diamonds and although it was taken off this property it will not have to share with the partners! So Paramount has its required cash for the next year(real big bag <gg>) More equipment is going to be required real soon and the partners need to get their PP's in place.... Harry Banes id gone to make a diamond sale this week!!!We will here more on this later on! Thats it for now!
