Jack -- Someone at the recent AEA conference asked about being acquired and the answer was a decided no. That could be a standard reply, but I would guess the new management would like to turn the company around and position itself in the metro market before entertaining the idea. Pure speculation on my part. I would imagine their manufacturing facility is on many competitors' radar screens. I'm told it's equal to the top 5 in the sector. I don't have details, so take that with a grain of salt. As for JDSU and, in my case, SDLI, I wouldn't sell either to add ORTL. Sell something else instead! :) Pat
