That was a nice trade (in @ 8.5, out 2/3 position @ 13 7/8), but I don't like this part in the prospectus:
"As of October 1, 1999, we have agreed with management of e4L to
mutually terminate our business relationship, subject only to a short
period of transition. For the first nine months of 1999, e4L accounted
for approximately 27% of our gross revenues"

Any thoughts?
