That was a bizarre manuever to become "fully reporting". I don't think I've seen it before. They just filed a 10Q for the shell. Which shows us nothing useful at all. That manuever allowed them to avoid providing us current financial statements for NextPath. Among the few useful things I found in the 8k were the shares outstanding. It is 30 M. That puts the market cap at $720 M. That is very big for a BB stock. CEO James Ladd was formerly CEO of DBOT, which now trades for 1/4 on the OTC:BB. It is a dinky little biotech, with 9 employees and a market cap of $6 million dollars. It only recently filed its form 10; previously it was unreporting. sec.gov I have no position in this stock, but I'm getting interested.
