MIOA did this deal to get the REG S guys out of the way. I believe they are still short a substantial amount of stock (my feeling is at least 2 million shares) that they have agreed to cover. MIOA received over one million dollars that will allow them to get a ten fold return over the next year by buying more cath labs and closing "deals." The company now can focus on its fundamental growth. In short, the company now has money; is significantly under valued; and the only obstacle that limited its upside move is now out of the way. We look forward to the first quarter results and seeing the stock up substantially.
