Early trading in Tokyo indicates a pullback to $582 from the $635 close in the US. I don't know if this represents a pullback from a new recent high to be followed by consolidation or just a minor pause in a continuing runup. I feel a little silly even making such comments (pretty meaningless). It's just that I was looking at the year to date chart just this morning and I was wondering if we were close to another near term peak. In any case, I am not close to selling at this point <G>. (I do have the feeling that the Merrill Lynch target price of 70,000 Yen was going to happen pretty quickly based on ML's historical track record of posting new targets after they have already been exceeded. <G>)
