James: 5 miles... you should look into the HDSL solution. Sorry to say you make up that 20%-30% of the population over 3 miles. CAP ADSL dies out at about 3 miles... that seems correct. 1.5M/64K seems to be the first generation CAP ADSL solution. Are they testing the CAP RADSL solution yet that adjusts down to 640K/272K? This will be the first time I've heard of any RADSL/ADSL (CAP/DMT) solution going over 3 miles/18,000ft. Thanks for posting your talk with BA....
