Centigram announces Board changes and stock repurchase Centrigram announces a new Chairman of the Board - former Chief Operating Officer for HP. Certainly sounds well qualified. Also announces stock buyback program. I think it's a productive way to spend some of their excess cash. biz.yahoo.com
