For 13 years I've owned this property, well paid on the land for 4 and then owned it. But anyway...I want to cover a period in time back to the crash of 87.

I was paying on this for 10 months...and I had this neighbor who came out not before the market crashed, not the day the market crashed, but after gloom & doom of a market crash sunk into his skull about a market crash from his TV watching the Nightly News.

I FIGURE.

Well back then he came on over and said "I heard the stock market crashed, is every thing alright" or to that effect. Not exact words it's hell it's been a long time ago, then back in 97 with Asia #1, and #98 Russia #1...hedge fund, bank deal whatever...

Get nearly the same words...."I heard the stock market crashed, is every thing alright"

EACH time I put more in on those words....and won. EACH time.

Now, last Saturday...he comes down and says, "Yup we've been looking at that stock market and I think my wife and her mother got it figured out, we just might do it"

Now the first time he came down the Dow was in the teens...12 years later he thinks he has it "figured out" at 10,700? I'm sorry, but that put the fear of Jesus in me....and I've had willies ever since.
