Maybe someone got fed up with waiting and simply bot at Market, as they wanted a piece of WSRI, now! Just kidding but if someone got some new mad money and was long this company<s>....it could be. Or maybe someone got a push on some Global Shares( up 30% and down 30% ) and took some off the table and put it in Windstar.
Mostly likey, it was either a Market Maker, me or some guy named Gone4it.
