Prices have held steady across the board since the release of Intel's Coppermine Chip. Expect to see price levels maintained until the release of the 800 Mhz Coppermine in the 1st quarter of 2000. Demand for Pentium III Coppermine chips is extremely high. It seems that Dell and Compaq are selling so many Coppermine systems, that the wholesale market has yet to see one chip. Good news for Intel shareholders. "
