Francoise, you don't honestly believe anyone is still short this turd in any kind of size do you? First it was FSCO that was the bad guy, then when their monthly volume dwindled, FAHN was the bad guy, then as their volume died(thanks to some of the insiders selling to them, and you know which ones judging from your posts ragingbull.com ) it became evil naked Canadian shorts. Well the deadline you claimed for evil Canadian shorts having to cover has come and gone and the stock only went lower.
I guess now it's PCOS that is short the stock, right? Or could it be that PCOS represents certain insiders or other company related individuals with some of those cheap $.10 shares held offshore. Come on Francoise, surely if little ol me heard the big boys were shopping blocks of stock back in August, a big player like yourself heard the same. Wise up, the fact that this thing moved so much today on only a couple 100k shares shows no one is sitting on it, the only thing that is holding it back is the continued selling of those 10 cent shares. Of course we both know you know this, but choose to spin your wild conspiracy stories. I'm sure that someday the SEC will be very interested in who and what you knew and when, that is if they can pry you off that rock you live on.
As for the status of the 10SB and the lawsuit, you really need to get a new source. Perhaps instead of talking to the companies yes man you could instead call the nice man at the SEC that Flodyie has referred you to. I'm sure he'd love to hear all about the evil people that keep this thing from reaching your price targets.
