Almost half of the loss this quarter was attributable to a one-time bad-debt reserve for a single customer. The loss per share was 12 cents for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1999, as compared with a loss per share of 6 cents for the same quarter last year.

Wonder who this was? :~( Never thought I would say this, but Frank really needs to step down and turn over the reigns to someone who can take them to the next level. It's obvious Frank doesn't have the right skills. All IMO and my money's opinion.
