My father-in-law too. "I'm going to add some more after the split when it's cheaper," he says. I simply don't have the heart to point out the fallacy there--it would be a bit too insulting, since he's talking about list price and not buying into a post-split dip--so I just bite my lip and mutter something about "earlier is better than later with the Q" and move on to the next subject. I don't really worry, since he already has doubles on Q, JDSU, and SEBL thanks to my (read: all of your) tips. But I kind of wonder where professor tekgirl's genes came from... :0)
