Matt, Yes, QCharts is very cool when it works -- today I was able to get charts most of the time. I still haven't cancelled either license :) I learned that WOW was just acquired by Omega Research (late Oct., news releases posted on both companies sites), so that is giving me reason for pause on that option.

Sure, I've downloaded every new QCharts Beta version for six months now, no problem on staying updated. Most of the time, I do not run OL2000 open with QC because there is such a high risk of lock-up of the entire machine (even CTL-ALT-DEL won't get it back; it's a power-down-only-option type of lockup). It locked up with QC just after the open this morning, for example kicking me out of my login to the Pristine.com room and my Briefing.com session. Hopefully the new Dell NT laptop will solve that.

How would you recommend working my way up the Quote.com tech support chain? Doing that by phone could take months :)

-Steve

PS, It's good to see you didn't use that "Ignore User" command, Matt ;)
